The hotel Ionio Sea was constructed in 2006 in a green garden, only 200 metres from the excellent Karavostasi beach. The sourrounding area is full of green. The hotel is a family run business directed by Mr. Vasilis Voulgaris.

Thesprotia is one of the four prefectures of Epirus. Is located between the mountain range of Pindos and the coasts of Epirus, in Ionian Sea. The region allocates beautiful coastal villages with beautiful beaches and picturesque ports.

One of the most picturesque regions of Thesprotia is Karavostasi, near Perdika village. Is a big beautiful beach, with spotless waters, age-long platen and lovely nature.
Karavostasi is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. In the beach slopped the river "Paramythiotis" and next to the beach, in the mountain, is found the archaeological site "Dimokastro" or "Ancient Elina".
